Seder Meal

On Holy Thursday, in keeping with our St. Philomena School tradition, all classes will be participating in the Seder Meal with their classrooms. The primary aim of the Seder is to transmit the story of the Exodus, the central event in Jewish history. This Christian observance of this ritual meal celebrates not only our tradition of Christ's last supper but the Jewish heritage which provided the context for Jesus' institution at the last supper.
