Band Starts

We are very lucky to have the opportunity to collaborate with Kennedy High School and offer an amazing band program here at St. Philomena School. Miss Frances McKamey is the band director. We offer Beginning Band for 5th graders and Advance Band for all 6th-8th graders. Advance Band meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45 AM to 8:30 AM. Beginning Band meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM, both bands meet in the music room. The cost of band is $135.00 for the entire school year. On Tuesday, Sept. 6th, there is an instrument rental meeting at 6:00 PM in the music room if you are interesting in renting a band instrument.
