Autumn Fest

TIME: 6:30PM - 8:00PM
DATE: 10/27/17

October 27th is the PEP Club’s annual Autumn Fest. It will take place from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM in the Parish Hall. There will be games for the students. Middle school students help out with various activities: 6th graders run the cakewalk; 7th graders run the face painting and temporary tattoo booth; and 8th graders help out in the haunted hallway. Students and their parents are encouraged to come in costumes. There will be prizes for the best costumes. The kitchen will be open thanks to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, so bring the family for dinner. There will be goodies, and candy for everyone.

Admission is $2.00 per person and one to two non-perishable food items for the Food Bank. The Autumn Fest is usually one of the highlights of the school year! Bring your family and friends for this incredible evening. It also takes a lot of help to put on this event.

We will need donations of stickers and dollar store trinkets from PreK-3rd grade families and bags of candy from 4th-8th grade families. We will also need cookies, cupcakes, and cakes for the cake walk. You can drop off the bags of candy any time you are at school. We will collect the baked goods for the cake walk on Thurs., Oct. 26th and Fri., Oct. 27th. You will receive one hour towards your commitment hours for any baked goods donated. We need many volunteers including: helping out with the games, helping the 8th graders with the haunted house, and helping with cleanup. Sign-up sheets will be available at the October PEP Club meeting.
