Splash Requirement Update

First submission deadline is Dec. 15th

TIME: 4:00pm
DATE: 12/15/20

I wanted to update you on the 2020-2021 Splash Auction. The Splash Auction will once again be an online auction. The dates are set for Thursday, March 18th, 2021 through Saturday, March 20th 2021 with item pick up on Sunday, March 21, 2021.

We have made some changes to the Splash requirements:
Each family needs to procure or donate at item(s) worth $250.00 by December 15th, 2020 or do the cash buyout of $200.00 by December 15th, 2020. If you are procuring or donating an item the actual item needs to be at school by Dec. 15th. Please email Pam Blood at development@stphil.com to let her know what you will be donating as we have to put limits on certain items. All families that meet the Dec. 15th deadline will be eligible for a drawing of a $100.00 Christmas Package ($50.00 gift card to B&E Meats and $50.00 to Total Wine and More), plus you are able to claim your donation on your 2020 taxes.

If you don't meet the Dec. 15th deadline, the next deadline date is Jan. 29th, 2021. The requirement will be $300.00 for procurement items and $250.00 for the buyout. After Jan. 29th the procurement requirement will be $350.00 and the buyout will be $300.00.
With the upcoming Black Friday sales it is a great time to get your Splash requirement completed. Our focus this year has to be on items that people can use around the home we will NOT be accepting any sports tickets, theater tickets, concert tickets or travel packages with expiration dates

We also need to limit the amount of designer purses, last year we had 26, this year our limit is 5. Please focus on items such as:
  • Garden items for around the house
  • Kitchen items such as the new Keurig Coffee Maker, the new Keurig Drinkwork Home Bar, new Kitchen Aid, etc
  • Sports memorabilia
  • Children items such as board games, a Switch video system and games, art supplies, a collection of books
Another great idea is to buy Scrip to meet your Splash commitment and the Splash team will use it to buy items. This way you meet your Splash commitment and it helps with your Scrip commitment. The Scrip team will let you know which Scrip to purchase.
At this time we are still working out ideas on class projects.

It is imperative to the school's overall finances that we meet our Splash financial obligations. We need every family to meet their requirement especially since we have discounted the school's tuition. If you have any questions, please email Pam Blood at development@stphil.com.
