Staff changes:

Mrs. Pat Incrocci is retiring after 35 years at St. Philomena School. Mrs. Incrocci has been a beacon of consistency over the past 35 years. She has been the consummate worker, helping out wherever she was needed, whether it was in the classrooms, on recess duty, the lunchroom or in the school office. She was always willing to lend a helping hand and do a variety of jobs and tasks. She has been our “jack-of-all trades”. We will be honoring Mrs. Incrocci at our Awards Assembly on Wednesday, June 8th at 10:00 AM. Stephanie Aritchita will be taking over for Mrs. Incrocci. Mrs. Angie Mendez is coming out of retirement to be the new 3rd grade instructional aide. We are so happy to have Mrs. Angie back in the school!!

We have also hired a new 2nd grade teacher, Miss Karen Constantino. Karen is a veteran teacher having taught for many years at St. Brendan’s in Bothell and recently at St. Francis in Burien. We are looking forward to Miss Constantino being part of our school community.
