Winter Conferences

There is no school on Wed., Feb.5th for Winter Conferences. Conferences are with the homeroom teacher. Wednesday's conferences are from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. All conference sign-up is done on-line. Students in K-8th grade must attend the conferences.

If you have not signed-up, please do so by Fri., Jan. 31st. Winter Conferences are Feb. 5th- Feb. 7th. Please note that these conferences are mandatory and no longer an optional conference. This was changed last year. Conferences are a collaboration between the student, teacher and parent. There is NO SCHOOL on conference days, however, Kids' Club is open all three days from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. All conferences will be held in the homeroom teacher's classrooms. The allotted times for conferences are:


Wednesday, Feb. 5th from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Thursday, Feb. 6th from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Friday, Feb. 7th from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM


Each conference is 25 mins. long. Please only sign-up for one conference with your child’s homeroom teacher. For middle school parents, the various teachers will travel to the homeroom class for conferences if needed.


Students in Kindergarten through 8th grade MUST attend the conference (Student attendance is optional for PreK and Kindergarten students, unless required by their teacher). Please note that conferences are not optional and each child must have a parent/teacher/student conference. Conferences are a great way to meet with your child's teacher and get a complete understanding of their academic, social and behavioral progress. It is also a great way for your child to explain what they are doing in school. Please do not use conference time as a vacation time, thank you!


Once again, parent/teacher/student conference online!! It is a very simple process: You will go to the MySignUp website:


Once you are on the webpage, click on the grade that your child is in. Once you click on the link, you will be on a blue page with the name of the grade at the left top of the page, please make sure you are in the correct grade. Click on the day and time you want to have a conference with your child's teacher. If the time slot is open it will say Time Open. If someone has already taken that time slot it will say Taken. Once you click on the time slot you want you will have to fill in your name, email, student's name and phone #. There is also an undo code, this is a code you create in case you need to switch your time at a later date. Once you fill out the information, hit Signed Up. For families with more than one child, you will have to go to each grade page to sign up for a conference.

After you signed up, you will be directed back to the blue page with all the sign-up times, where you need to click on the large letters that says MySignUp. (There is a clip art of a pencil next to the words and a small box that says Traffic Rank) Click on MySignUp and you will be finished. Ignore the part on the top of the page about your email bouncing back. You need to make sure you click on the large box to sign out, if you don't your conference time will not be recorded. I will get an email letting me know what time and day you signed up for, which I will forward to you for verification. Please make sure you note your conference time in your calendar. We will not be sending out reminders.
