2014-2015 Contracts Due

Please know that all contracts are due on March 24, 2014. A $225.00 per family non-refundable contract fee is due with the contract. The contract fee goes towards the cost of contract processing and supplies. The contract fee also secures your enrollment spot for the 2014-2015 school year. If you attended the Parent Contract meeting (Feb. 26th), please attach your $25.00 voucher (the voucher is good for $25.00 per family); your contract fee will then be $200.00 per family. . Contracts received after Monday, March 24, 2014, must pay a contract fee of $250.00. Contract fee is non-refundable and must be paid for contract to be accepted.
If you are applying for tuition assistance you must attach the tuition St. Philomena School Tuition Assistance form to your contract. These forms are available in the main office. You must have applied to Fulcrum to be eligible for any tuition assistance from the school. Families who are currently receiving tuition assistance and are current with their financial obligations are considered first for tuition assistance for next year.
