Thank you to all the parents who attended the 2023-2024 Parent Contract meeting last Wednesday, I truly appreciate your support. Contracts have been released electronically through School Admin. A $250.00 per family non-refundable contract fee is due with the contract. This secures your child(ren)’s enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year. Contract fee is non-refundable and must be paid for the contract to be accepted.
If you did not attend the meeting, the PowerPoint presentation is available on the school’s website on the front page. This includes next year’s tuition rates, fees and fundraising responsibilities as well as information about the next school year.

Volunteers are very important to the continued success of our school and parish. Each family is responsible for finding, recording, and tracking their volunteer hours during the school year. The commitment requirements are 40 hours for a two-parent family and 20 hours for a single-parent family completed between June 1, 2023 and May 31, 2024. If an in-parish tuition family does not make continual financial contributions to St. Philomena Parish between June 1st, 2023 and September 30th, 2023; they will be moved to the out of parish tuition status on November 1st, 2023. A suggested donation for the in-parish tuition rate is a weekly donation of $25.00 to $50.00.
A St. Philomena in-parish family is one who participates in the sacramental life of the parish by regularly attending Mass, supporting parish activities, and financially contributing.
Tuition Assistance Forms were due on February 23, 2023. The Tuition Assistance Committee has processed all forms and assistance has been awarded. Families who are receiving tuition assistance will have this reflected in their 2023-2024 tuition contract. There is limited tuition assistance available and the Tuition Assistance Committee will not be renegotiating awarded amounts. If you did not turn in a form by the deadline you are not eligible for tuition assistance for the 2023-2024 school year.
