If you are interested in having your child attend St. Philomena School please download and fill out the registration form.
St. Philomena School admits qualified students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies and scholarships. Students possessing physical or emotional disabilities will not be denied admission solely by reason of the disability.
Registration
Registration opens on the first Monday of Catholic Schools Week for the upcoming school year. The registration process is complete when the school has received:
A. The St. Philomena School New Student Registration Application along with the new student registration fee.
B. New student testing fee.
C. Emergency information forms that are completed in full.
D. The St. Philomena School Tuition Contract along with the contract fee
E. Applications for parish assistance, and scholarship applications.
F. Records: Baptismal and birth certificates, immunization, health records and transcripts from any previous school.
Registration Process
Registration packets for the 2022-2023 school year are available in the school office .
Once the registration form is completed please return it to the school office along with a copy of the child's birth certificate, Immunization records and Baptismal certificate if that applies. Depending on the age of the child, a copy of their latest report card is very helpful. The fee for registration is $175 per family and $50 per student K-8th for testing.
Your child will be set up with a testing time. Once the assessment is completed a letter of acceptance will be sent home. It may indicate a few things to work on to be ready for the coming year. At this time you will need to turn in your Tuition Contract and the contract fee..
If you need Tuition Assistance, please request the Tuition Assistance form. New families requesting tuition assistance will need to provide a copy of your tax returns.
The Tuition assistance team will meet and administer Tuition Assistance. Once this is complete you will received a letter in the mail recapping your contract requirements and your total tuition cost for the school year.
Just a reminder that every family, every year has to complete a contract and pay the contract fee to attend St. Philomena School.
