Registration

If you are interested in having your child attend St. Philomena School we have an online application. St. Philomena School admits qualified students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies and scholarships. Students possessing physical or emotional disabilities will not be denied admission solely by reason of the disability.

 

Registration opens on the first Monday of Catholic Schools Week for the upcoming school year. The registration process is complete when the school has received:

1. The St. Philomena School New Student on line Registration Application along with the new student registration fee.
2. New student testing fee.
3. Emergency information forms that are completed in full.
4. The St. Philomena School Tuition Contract along with the contract fee
5. Applications for parish assistance, and scholarship applications.
6. Records: Baptismal and birth certificates, immunization, health records and transcripts from any previous school.

Your child will be set up with a testing time. Once the assessment is completed a letter of acceptance will be sent home. It may indicate a few things to work on to be ready for the coming year. At this time you will receive your Tuition Contract to complete and return along with the contract fee. 

If you need Tuition Assistance, please request the Tuition Assistance form. New families requesting tuition assistance will need to provide a copy of your tax returns.

The Tuition assistance team will meet and administer Tuition Assistance. Once this is complete you will receive a letter in the mail recapping your contract requirements and your total tuition cost for the school year.

Just a reminder that every family, every year has to complete a contract and pay the contract fee to attend St. Philomena School.

Online Application for 2025-2026 school year will open January 26, 2025.
