Registration
Families interested in enrolling at St. Philomena School may complete the online application. St. Philomena School admits qualified students without regard to race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies and scholarship programs. Students with physical or emotional disabilities will not be denied admission solely because of their disability.
Registration for the upcoming school year opens on the first Monday of Catholic Schools Week.
Enrollment is complete when the following have been submitted:
- Online New Student Application and registration fee
- New student testing fee
- Completed emergency information forms
- Tuition Contract and contract fee
- Parish assistance and/or scholarship applications (if applicable)
- Required records, including birth and baptismal certificates (if applicable), immunization and health records, and transcripts from previous schools
After the application is received, your child will be scheduled for an assessment. Following the assessment, families will be notified of the admission decision. Accepted students will receive a Tuition Contract to complete and return with the contract fee.
Families requesting tuition assistance must complete the tuition assistance application and provide a copy of their most recent tax return. After applications are reviewed, families will receive a letter outlining their tuition assistance award, contract requirements, and total tuition for the school year. All families, both new and returning, must complete a Tuition Contract and pay the contract fee each year to finalize enrollment.
