2026–2027 Tuition Rates

In-Parish Tuition Rate
Families qualify for the In-Parish Tuition Rate if at least one parent is a baptized, practicing Catholic, is registered at St. Philomena Parish, and participates in the life of the parish through regular financial stewardship. Parish contributions should be made through Pushpay as recurring electronic payments of at least $25–$50 per week. Families who do not use electronic giving will be charged the Catholic Tuition Rate.
Catholic Tuition Rate
The Catholic Tuition Rate is available to families with at least one parent who is a baptized, practicing Catholic and registered at St. Philomena Parish. This tuition category will be phased out after the 2026–2027 school year.
Non-Parish Tuition Rate
The Non-Parish Tuition Rate applies to families who are not registered members of St. Philomena Parish.
Tuition Assistance
Fulcrum Foundation Tuition Assistance
The Fulcrum Tuition Assistance Grant program is designed for families and students currently enrolled or applying for the next school year in any Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Seattle. A family must apply each year through FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment to qualify for a grant. All awards are made based on financial need.
St. Philomena School Financial Aid
Local financial assistance can be requested. Current families must first apply for the annual Archdiocese of Seattle Tuition Assistance Grant funded by the Fulcrum Foundation (See above). Once a family has submitted the application by the designated deadline, the family can then request an application form for the St. Philomena School Financial Aid.
Families will receive notification from the principal and bookkeeper regarding their tuition assistance award.
Fees:
A $250.00 per family non-refundable contract fee is due with the contract. Contract fee is non-refundable and must be paid for contract to be accepted.
New Student Registration Fee
A non-refundable $150 registration fee per family is required with the New Student Registration Application to reserve a student's place at St. Philomena School.
New Student Testing Fee
All new students entering Kindergarten through Grade 8 are required to complete a placement assessment. A non-refundable $50 testing fee per student is due with the New Student Registration Application.
Beyond registration and tuition, there are additional fees charged for 6th and 8th Grade Families:
- 8th Grade Graduation Fee which covers cost of graduation, yearbook and other 8th grade expenses is $ 150.00. This fee needs to be paid by April 16, 2027.
- 6th Grade Camp Fee is $300.00. This fee needs to be paid by March 25, 2027.
