Mrs. Leah Stone- PreK Aide

Mr. Sam Morissette- 1st Grade Instructional Aide

Mr. Sam Morissette has worked at St. Philomena School for the past seven years in Kids' Club, as an instructional aide and now as the PreK-4th grade PE Teacher. He graduated from Fife High School where his favorite subject was English. He is certified in the Sparks PE program. He and his wife, Ashley, have been married for a year, He loves to play video games, read and watch sports. His favorite sport to watch is soccer and the Sounders are his favorite team. He is also a Yankees and Patriots fan and he loves his cat, Binx.


Mrs. Angie Mendez- 3rd Grade Instructional Aide


Mrs. Carolyn Hudak- 4th/5th Grade Instructional Aide 


Mrs. Stephanie Aritchita– Office Assistant

Mrs. Stephanie is a proud graduate of St. Philomena, “Class Of 1989.” She has been working at St. Philomena for 16 years. She has been in the parish for over 40 years. “I am extremely Blessed to be working at my elementary school. St. Philomena is my home; I can’t imagine being anywhere else.” She and her husband Paul have 3 children 2 of whom have graduated from St. Philomena, her son Gabe is a Sr at Odea HS in Seattle, Alina is a 10th grader at Kennedy Catholic in Burien and Amanda who is a 4th grader at St. Philomena. When she isn’t working, she loves spending time with her big family, hanging out with friends, bbqing, camping, traveling and watching her beloved SEAHAWKS!!! Go Hawks!!

Mrs. Eileen Hamling- Hot Lunch Coordinator

Mrs. Hamling has been a part of the hot lunch program for the last 12 years. She and her husband, Steve, sent their 2 children through St. Phil’s. When Mrs. Hamling isn’t in the kitchen or running kids to their different activities, she enjoys working out, bowling and spending time with family and friends.

Derrin Walter – Maintenance

Mr. Walter has been at St. Phil’s for 20 years. He went to high school at Glacier. He and his wife, Patty, have three children: Shannon, Ryan, and Molly all of whom are graduates of St. Philomena. When Mr. Walter isn’t busy fixing things around the church and school he can be tracked down in the wilderness catching fish and chasing deer.
